How to return an item?

Understand Our Hassle-Free Return Policy for Peace of Mind.

At Sokić, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we have a comprehensive returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a generous 30-day return policy, which means you have ample time to request a return after receiving your item. Whether you've changed your mind or encountered any issues, we're here to assist you.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at hello@sokic.com.au. Our dedicated customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

Return Authorization: It is important to note that returns must be requested and authorized before sending the item back to us. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend following these instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items are exempt from our return policy. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
